There are three tabs on the Scheduled Tweets page. They are “Scheduled”, “Posted”, and “Top Tweets”.
The scheduled tab displays the tweets that are next in line to be posted accordingly to the schedule you set. These are the tweets that you set up by either uploading images, importing tweets from the rss import tool, importing tweets from other Twitter users via the search tool, or scheduled by adding a basic tweet.
Clicking the gear icon will allow you to edit or remove the tweet from the schedule. You can reorder the tweets by drag-n-dropping them. There’s a shuffle button at the top of your scheduled tweets page that allows you to quickly randomize the order of your scheduled content.
When you run out of content scheduled you will be prompted to recycle the 25 most recent tweets from your account or the top 25 tweets from your account. Both of these will be recycled in reverse order (i.e your most recent tweet would be in the 25th position). If you have a virtual assistant, this is a task that they will automatically do for you once you run out of content as well.
These are tweets that were most recently tweeted. By clicking the gear icon you can view the tweet on Twitter or reschedule it. Rescheduling it will add it to the bottom of your scheduled tweet queue.
In the top right corner of the posted tweets page you will see a button to recycle the 25 most recent tweets. This recycles them in reverse order so that your most recent tweet is the 25th in line.
These are your most popular tweets (measured by retweets and favorites). Similar to the posted tweets tab, you can reschedule or view the tweet on Twitter by clicking the gear icon.
In the top right corner of the top tweets page you will see a button to recycle the 25 top tweets. This recycles them in reverse order so that your top tweet is the 25th in line.
